The Intangibles

What are some examples of intangible materials? Integrity, purity, holiness, faithfulness, and authenticity are but a few of the materials that are not touchable (intangible), yet they are highly impactful and timeless.

If you are building your life with things that are seen, your “house” will ultimately be destroyed. On the other hand, if you choose to build with materials that are not seen, you will withstand the storms that will batter and crash against you. The waves and winds are no match for the firm, solid, anchored life.

You see, we can not do anything about the storms... their duration or intensity. But we do have a say about the strength and quality of the materials we choose to use.

How sad to see lives of those that have been pulverized by the harshness of life…simply because of the poor choice of materials used.

Yet, how beautiful to see lives that have been polished by life’s storms

and that are gracefully standing true… all because of the

wise choice of materials.

Listen to the ancient wisdom when building a life, and then build with the best of materials.

I Corinthians 3:11-13

For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man’s work shall be made manifest; for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall tray every man’s work of what sort it is.
